What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

Yes Than you! I received my mammogram results today and I have to get an ultrasound of my right breast and a spot compression because I have a focal Asymmetry within the medial right breast at approx the 3 o clock position anterior to middle third. What does this mean?

Hello, and welcome to health care magic.
1. You have mentioned that you have asymmetry in the breast in mammogarm.
2. That suggest there is space occupying lesion with in the breast in the 3 o clock position.
3. The lesion description would have been helpful to give the characterization of the lesion weather benign or malignant.
4. FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will be confirmatory.

Hope it has helped you, if any thing to ask, do not hesitate.
Dr. Ganesh.
